Our legal services are affordable on almost any budget. We offer a range of traditional and creative fee options, including hourly rates, volume discounts, capped/fixed-fee arrangements, tiered, or mixed-fee arrangements when appropriate. In certain limited circumstances, we will agree to take cases on a contingency basis, meaning there is no charge to the client unless there is a recovery. We have found that it is usually best to discuss such alternative-fee arrangements on a case-by-case basis, as each engagement must be analyzed individually to determine what is in the client's best interests.
